Anyone being treated for iron deficient anemia along with lyme? I'm hoping this will boost my energy level, since my blood count is so low. I'm trying to exercise at least 3 times per week, but can't seem to get on the treadmill much lately. Any suggestions?

Absolutely! Try B-12 shots as well.

I have okay levels as long as I supplement. I like "Blood Builder" (comes up if you Google it) because it has all that's needed to absorb iron, plus B12, and comes from food.
If my iron levels get low, I get lethargic.
I do have babesia.
