Hi - I have reading some threads about supplements to support Mitochondia function. My LLMD recently suggested Mitochondria Ignite from ProHealth (see the link below). I had a bout with Hodgkins Disease 15years ago and she has diagnosed that my immune system of very suppressed. This goes with the landslide of Lyme Fog, fatigue and other acute CNS issues that have come on strong over the last two mos.
My doctor strongly recommended Mitochondia Ignite. Has anyone had any knowledge to pass along on this product? I also am ordering a number of supplements that seem to combine to deliver similar results in the CFS field. (Acetyl L Carnitine,D Ribose, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and CoQ10.)
I hesistant to order them all because in total, the new supps become very expensive and the Mito Ignite is $50 per six weeks. Thanks Bob

Hi Bob,
I take almost all of the supps that you mentioned, plus those in the Mitochondria Ignite formula,
but I buy them individually rather from this company.
It all looks good to me. They make a huge difference in my energy level.
It's hard to figure out how your product would compare to buying individual items, but it sure is easier to buy it in a preparation.
All this stuff sure is expensive, but I'm convinced it helps me get better quicker.
For me the reduced healing time is worth any amount of money.
