Remember this is the Discovery Health Channel, not the regular Discovery Channel.
the listing LOOKS like this (below) however, the Lyme story is PART 2 of this and not written up.
Mystery ER Bittersweet TV-PG, CC
The pain in Alice's legs and back is unbearable. Doctors find nothing and suspect she's neurotic. When her son and neighbors begin to experience similar symptoms, the doctors are baffled. But the cause is not an epidemic, it's a vindictive boyfriend.

I saw the end of this and was blown away when they said what the diagnosis was. I didn't get to see the whole story though, so I was kinda bummed. Thanks Wildcondor for alerting everyone and for posting what episode to look for. Now I can go back and find that episode as a rerun maybe. Good stuff!!!!

I wish they would run it on Discovery Channel one day!!!!

Keep checking your listings and the Discovery health Channel (DHC) website as they will re-air Mystery ER. here is the web site (thank you Susan) http://health.discovery.com/tv-schedules/series.html?paid=62.4328.117372.30743.x Thanks you all for the lovely emails and PM's you guys have sent. Please be sure to thank the producers too, [email protected] as they took my Lyme story very seriously.
Adam B, to answer your question, Discovery contacted me directly, and a film crew flew in to interview us. They listened to Dr. Burrascano and I for hours explaining all the co-infections, and the complex nature of Lyme and associated diseases.
I was interviewed for 4 hours and it took over a year to produce the mini-series. There is much more to the story than is crammed into 1/2 hour made for TV drama. Most of the story is here www.wildcondor.com/lyme Yes, actors were hired to portray us on screen.
I've got more TV Lyme disease projects coming down the pike, so stay tuned in 2008!

Hi WC, I loved it and I only wish it were longer. Thank you for taking the time to do this in the first place and reminding us about the air times.
Thanks so much!

Wild Condor,
I saw it a couple of months when it had also come out and have to say that you are such an inspiration to so many of us.
When I was first diagnosed, you helped me tremendously on the Saturday chat when I felt all was hopeless and had given me your web site which I have to admit I read over and over and OVER!!!!
So seeing your story on tv just made it all the more real and you have definitely gotten out there in hopes of bringing more public awareness to this horrid disease. Thank you from all of us!

I did not get to see this and would love to view it on Youtube as well.
Can someone upload this to the site?
Is it at all possible?
