"Celtic Sea Salt" is great, don't use "white table salt", it offers nothing and is deterimental.

It comes in the finely powered form so it fits into my salt shakers.
Just wanted to add be careful if you have a problem with fluid retention. When I try to up my salt too much I get huge bags under my eyes.
I also get worse joint pain due to fluid rentetion. Drinking more lemon water & even adding daily dandilion teas did not help get rid of my fluid rentention. ( lemon & dandilion teas are natural diuretic's)
Take care Dana
none of the above is mecial advise...just my 2 cents

I've been using sea salt. I put some in my water everyday. I'm using it for blood pressure reasons as I need to raise mine a bit.

PAB, I use the salt pills from CMC. I HAVE an extra bottle laying around,,,want it??
I bought it at Walgrens here!!
its used to make saline solution I guess,,I make mine internally once or twice a month!!
I would be REAL careful of the salt and c deal for real!! I always thought it must be safe since so many use it and NO adverse comments I could ever find.
Lo and behold I didnt know the bad stuff was sanitized from the puter and ONLY good stuff allowed. Have read where irreversable damage has occured to SOME people who thought they were doing it by the book.
I can see the potential danger of it,,,and I can see how 'some' salt it good,,,too much CAN be toxic!! How do you know where the line IS???
I do think they are going WAY overboard on reducing salt in our food supply. For those that NEED it, they just plain NEED it!!
Anyway the offer of a bottle of CMC 1 gm. salt pills stands if it can help you!!thankfully--just don--
