Went to the ER with severe breathe hunger. They gave me an IV and I felt better.
Does anyone get IVs of fluids and supplements (i.e. b12 gulathione...)?

Yes. I've been getting Glutathione, B-12 and a modified Myer's Cocktail (magnesium, calcium, vitamin c and b vitamins) for about a month now.
I am definitely noticing an increase in energy. In fact, the third week I was on vacation and didn't get the IV. I was much more tired the second half of vacation and I wondered if it was the lack of IV.
It's usually used on a temporary basis to boost the system.
There is also a train of thought that large doses of IV vitamin c can work to fight infections.

I've been doing infusions for a couple of years, and they are definitely helpful. For energy and a boost, try the Myers cocktail. For a recharge after a big herx, try glutathione. If you are in this fight for the long haul, try mega dosages of C. I actually usually feel pretty worn down the day of and after an infusion, then feel better. If you listen to your body, you will know when you need a good recharge!

I get my IV at an integrative medicine center. Both of my doctors do IV in their offices, but they are both a 45 minute drive for me. So I found the integrative center which is walkable from work.

I get mine at my doc's office, but see if your doc can write you a prescription and have it done elsewhere in a place which has an infusion capability. I really think it is worth the time and expense. It also provides you a reason to sit and be quiet and relax for at least a little bit!

I get supplemental IVs weekly...They contain a Myers cocktail plus 800 of glutathione, Magnesium, extra C and trace minerals...
I also give myself B12 shots twice weekly.
My world has changed for the better since starting the IVs and injections.
