Sounds like a major Herx taking over. I call it the wave, never knowing just how big that wave will be. I might know in 30 mins. or 30 sec. Either way Never turn you back towards the ocean. I find if I feel the wave I stand up to it and somes time I get knocked down. Then I will go to bed for as long as it takes. Try to sleep through it between the insomnia. GOod Luck.

Definately sounds like a herx. Any chance you can contact your dr and maybe back down just a bit on the meds?
I know that in my case with my health, I have to be on minor doses of antibiotics. It doesn't take much for my system to feel the effects of most meds.
Hope you get to feeling better again soon.

You STARTED on 200mg daily? My daughter hasn't been able to ramp up from 50mg 3x WEEKLY!
If you can't tolerate that much, call your doctor and ask if you can work up to it.
