Has anyone had any experience with receiving IM Rocephin injections 5 days a week for a 4 month period? Feel free to email me privately.

I'd like to know too! My GP doctor told me the treatment was 7 days a week for 3 weeks, but that is for GIs with gonorrhea, i think he said.
Is there a research basis for 5 days a week for 4 months for lyme?

Hi

I did them 3 days in a row as a "pulse" therapy. I never took the IM shots every day but I know you can. I did IM Rocephin while on oral Biaxin and Bicillin too.

I just started a cycle of IM Rocephin (1 gram) every day and we are going to stick with it for 12 days.
