Hi, I don't know if this has been posted here yet, it is very likely it has been, so sorry if this is a repeat. I received several emails to part 1 of this video, but don't know if anyone is aware this is a 3 part series from an ABC news station on LD.

Part one and two below, part 3 should be out next Friday I believe.

Part 1: http://www.wjla.com/news/stories/0907/457158_video.html?ref=newsstory (Notice in this video the IDSA name calling fool who asks for proof from our "rogue" doctors!!! Uh, we have presented it to you - come here and ask us what works!)

Here is part 2: http://www.wjla.com/news/stories/0907/459376_video.html?ref=newsstory

The duck in the interview is none other than Dr. Henry Masur, President of the IDSA.

Read this letter, there are 19,000 articles that prove that chronic lyme exists. They will NOT be convinced no matter what data is presented to them.
http://www.ilads.org/press_09_07.html

I'll send this letter to the newstation.

Are these doctors so brain washed or brain dead that they can't think for themselves or what?????

Terry,
Good, I am glad you are sending that to the station - email [email protected]. By the way is this IDSA doctor drunk or do you think he might have Lyme, listen to the way he talks, I think he should be tested through Igenex. And what is he talking about? "If these doctor's were really passionate, they'd provide proof!" What?

Either they are complete idiots or the CDC, insurance companies etc., are all involved and telling the IDSA how to treat LD. They HAVE to know better. They HAVE to know that patients are getting better on long term, high dose antibiotics.

The CDC has campainged for years against the use of antibiotics. The name of the campaign is "Get Smart". Which would make sense why they have an unreliable LD test. See this: http://edition.cnn.com/2000/HEALTH/06/01/antibiotic.overuse/index.html & http://www.cdc.gov/drugresistance/community/campaign_info.htm

I am sure they think why not just allow people to go on believing they have chronic pain, Fibro, CFS etc., at least they aren't on abx.

I really believe our government knows better & likely has for years, but they have to make the LLMD out to be "rogue". I wanted to see the "actual" definition of rogue and here is what it reads: "a dishonest, knavish person; scoundrel". Here is another definition: "no longer obedient, belonging, or accepted and hence not controllable or answerable; deviating, renegade" I love that "no longer obedient"! [Big Grin]

The nerve of the IDSA calling our LLMD's "rogue". Our doctors who put it all on the line to treat us.

Several things come to mind, unreal & conspiracy & shut up IDSA you are so full of it!

Sort of. I honestly think they can't act honestly because they are being zapped 24/7, 365 days a year by new technologies such as cell phone towers and wireless technology.

If you think there is a cover-up and conspiracy concerning Lyme Disease, grab a copy of 'Currents of Death' by Paul Brodeur.

You would never BELIEVE what they know (and HAVE known) about transformers and electrical distribution wiring in our homes, video display terminals (this computer!), and all sorts of modern day stuff like cell phone towers and wireless technology.

Guess who is behind the cover-up? The military, the government, and the utility companies. The press is involved, too. This book is well-documented, too.

THESE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR CHRONIC LYME.

It is going to take a worldwide plague and a famine for them to come clean if we don't do something soon. It's not JUST a Lyme conspiracy - no - it is MUCH greater than just Lyme.

You will not regret reading this book. I can guarantee that.

And another way we know the govt knew what was going on: if you google for "Lyme disease military bases", the first entry there is Lyme Disease Risk Assessment for US military bases, done 1983-1996. 31 states' bases listed and rated low, medium or high risk. It's an eye opener.

There are only two comments to the story. I suggest more of us send comments to them at www.wjla.com. The comments site will accept up to 2000 characters, which is about 25 lines.

Lab 257? I'll check it out! Thanks!

I ordered 2 books just on the dangers of cell phone towers - they won't be here though until the end of October though.

As I posted in the other thread about this topic:
quote:
There are two ways to comment on the story. One is to post it online. Those are the ones you see.

The other way is to send an email to the station, which is what many here are doing. You will not see those, but they are reading them.

Here's the link to the other thread:

Also interesting is that LD is listed on the goverments "watch list" as a fear of bio-terrorism. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2004/09/040903084610.htm
More on this subject if googled.

You folks just have to read The Poison Plum.

It's a novel but yet it's not really fiction...not the underlying meat of the book. It will open many eyes. I have borrowed it from a friend and am not even a quarter of the way through....400 and somethin pages. Holy COW is it a page turner!!! Even tho I haven't finished it I would say buy it, read it and pass it on. There is alot of truth in it as to what our government is doing to the people. A must read!

Speaking of the book Lab 257....I have a few concerns about the book. Michael Carroll, the author contacted me several times, by phone and email , to find out what I knew about Plum Island. I really only had my opinions plus an account of being at a Plum Island meeting and speaking with the Director of Plum Island...where she admitted that they worked with at least 7 strains of mycoplamsa.

Anyway, I found out later that I was in the Acknowledgement section of Lab 257. I attended a book talk and signing near my home and sat in the front row. Carroll had never met me in person so he didn't know what I looked like. Throughout his talk I would ask questions here and there. Carroll did a good job of exposing the sloth and hazards at Plum Island...and he spoke a little bit about biowarfare.

About halfway through the book I could see where it was heading. His point was to show how negligent and lazy the private security and maintenance companies were that were hired to take care of Plum Island. His solution was to have total government control of the island.

When he brought this up at the end of his talk I raised my hand and said....If we feel that Plum Island(government agency USDA and ARS) may have played a role in our becomig sick, possibly intentionally, then why on earth would we want them to have even more control of this most serious situation. He thought a minute and said...you have a good point there. He said My thinking is that the government has more money so they would do a better job.

It is just my feeling that this may have been the agenda of the book.

Now....The Poison Plum...so far...is totally blowing me away. It's almost as if the author has read my mind and written a book. It ecompasses doctor persecution, government coverup, globalization, the tactics government uses to get it's way...etc.

Lyme people will TOTALLY relate to this book. They need to buy it and pass it on. Even though it is a novel about Lyme Disease and government corruption, believe me, it will keep anyone's attention. We need to promote this book ...big time. I haven't even gotten half way through it yet but so far I highly recommend it
