What lab did everyone use? Igenex has a cut-off titer of 1:640, which is ridiculously high. Yet, I see people posting titers of 1:40, 1:160 etc. I would love to get re-tested a lab that has lower titers. (My first was positive at 1:640-yikes)

Not sure if I understand the question. 1:640 could be rewritten as a fraction could it not? 1/640? Which is a far SMALLER number than 1/60.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Just remember there are SO SO SO many strains that you can test for 3 strains and still have another one!!! They have just begun to learn more about the diversity of this organism!!!!!!

No, titers are written as a ratio. I means how many times they dilute the sample, and see oranisms. Sif I took a i cup sample, and added 1 cup of water, that would be a 1:2 titer. If I split it in half, in half again, up to 640 times, that would be a 1:640 titer

I was treated-did 1 month of mepron/zith, followed by 3 weeks art, 1 week off while we treated bart, the 1 month malarone/biaxin, then 5 months of bactrim/zith-which my LLMD says is effective against babs if the load is low. When I was retested, the titer was negative, the blood slides were negative (but still did the 5 months due to symptoms)
I'ld like to get a more accurate titer test
