I see others here have become very dizzy on minocycline. I'm on 100 mg. morning and evening and am extremely dizzy. I can't imagine trying to function the next 2 months like this. Does the dizziness subside the longer you're on it by any chance?

Thanks,
bf

I have been on 200 mg day mino. For three weeks.
Very dizzy everyday some days worse than others.

I am not sure if it is the mino or the lyme I was dizzy before I started it.

Sorry not much help.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have been very dizzy for years but after being on Zithro/Levaquin/Flagyl for 3 months, it cleared right up. So I've been enjoying the normalized perspective lately until I started the Mino. I haven't added in the other 2 antibiotics prescribed yet so I know for sure in my case it's the mino responsible for this drunken like stupor.

Perhaps someone else can jump in here with their experience.

I was on Mino 100mg 2x a day and was very dizzy in the beginning. It gets better. I am now on 300mg (100 in am and 200 in pm) as well as IV Rocephin 2000mg (every other day) and cats claw 375mg 3x day. I still am dizzy at times but is is not that bad and is manageable. Driving is pretty difficult however.
