I'd like to add it, along with olive leaf, to my current regime. Could anyone recommend what you deem to be the best (organic, preferably) brands and what dose was effective for ya?

My vertigo is acting up and I haven't been able to do much web searching on it.

Thanks,
Dizzy Dawn

Hi Dawn,

I really don't know about "The Best", but my doc recommended ADP Biotics brand.

I took 4, 50mg tablets a day (200mg).

I really couldn't stand O of O at all, it made me gag just to smell them, so I only stayed on them for a few months. [Smile]

My best,
Melanie

"Gaia" Oil of Oregano is the most potent product that I have used. It comes in what are called liquid phyto-capsules.

I don't use it for lyme per se. I primarily use it as a cold killer. If I feel like I am getting a cold, I take it for like 3 days and my body will hold off the bug.

It is also very good for yeast. From my experience, it is stronger against candida than Nystatin. It is so strong that it will cause a herx within about 15 minutes. I have found that taking Oil of Oregano with a binder (bentonite clay, Chlorella, or Charcoal) will help minmize this.

I personally think Gaia makes the best herbal products on the market.
