I have used Epsom salts and herbal mineral baths with essential oils. I just followed directions on the back of the package. [Wink]

just put a couple cups of epsom salts in a warm-hot bath (whatever temp you can tolerate) and stay in for about 20-30 min, less if you feel dizzy or fatigued.

you can also add several drops of a calming essential oil (like lavender for ex), some sea salt or mineral salts (not table salt!).

adding some ginger is helpful for pain and circulation.

you could also do a baking soda/salt bath, or apple cider vinegar bath, or bentonite clay bath.

lots of different options! I'm sure you can do a search on here and find more info...or just google "detox baths" for more recipes.
