My nausea seems to increase as my lightheadness increases and decrease as my lightheadness decreases.

Anyone else? If so do ya know y?

I also have gastropareisis so maybe the nausea is from that I just find it odd that they seem to get worse together.

[dizzy]

I have the same exact thing. There are some days I just have to lie in bed.

Even if I turn my head over in bed, the dizziness I feel makes me sooooo nauseated.

Don't feel alone out there.

I have chronic nausea which is horrible to live with but when I get dizzy the nausea usually gets a little worse as well for me.

Both nausea and lightheadedness are symptoms of dysautonomia. So it makes sense that you might have both of them increase at the same time.

There is a lot of info on the subject here, just do a search.

I have experienced the same thing....there were times that I wasn't sure what was going to happen first if I didn't lie down...vomit or pass out. I've experieced both on occassion.

I too have gastroparesis although I don't think it is a severe case. I also wonder whether I would have even known if not for going through so many tests trying to figure out what is wrong with me (pre-Lyme diagnosis).

Anyway, these episodes have lessened since on treatment. I still have chronic nausea but this is the one symptom that has been with me from the beginning. However, it isn't quite as bad as it has been in the past.
