My mother was diagnosed with Lyme disease probably 5 or 6 years ago having been infected at 14 years of age. She had me and my sister while infected with Lyme and now I'm currently going through the Lyme testing. Does anyone have information and/or experience about Lyme being passed on from mother to child through the placenta or breast milk?

Borrelia (Lyme bacteria) can definitely be "shared" at birth. You can read quite a few experiences similar to yours at the Marshall Protocol website. I'm sure there are many similar reports on this website too.
