I would take it the same way I take chlorella. 30 min before the major foods come down. i.e. before meal. Start with 1-2. Read up on Zeolite. I posted a whole book about it a year or so ago. You can also purchase a little booklet telling more.
I would not take it with chlorella. It gives you a nice change of a different binding agent and the body appreciates change, because it doesn't have to respond in the same manner, with the same organ, to the very same old thing. It avoids becoming incompatible with a remedy.
Take care.
From my experience.

Heather, Zeolite is a binding agent. Yes, you could take it right after Rizoles. But the rizoles work all day and all night - depending on where they have work to do - so it is good to distribute the binding agents well over the day and before going to bed. Just make sure that you do not constipated. I think the rizoles help with that also. They are so "all-encompassing".
I am trying to post some more of the general information and case histories about the ozonated rizoles that I have - but am spending, like most people, way too much time on this board.
Til later sometime.
Sharing my experiences.
