I really want to have some Babesia tests done at Igenex.

I need to get the most "bang" for my buck.

I really dont have a lot of money to spend.

Does anyone know the prices for Babesia tests?

I have a kit/form. There are a lot of options. What is the one I would have the best chance of testing positive with IF I have Babs?

Any way to get Babs to come out of hiding??

Thanks in advance for any help. [confused]

Merrygirl,

You may want to try Fry Lab. They look at it under a microscope and so see the thing itself, if is it there.

Not to say I know anything about Igenex babesia testing.

I was negative on the babs tests in the complete coinfection panel at Igenex but positive for it on Fry Labs, both antibodies and blood smear.

If you want to do Igenex, I belive they have a test called the complete babesia panel, which would look for several different species. -Despin

If you order from Igenex, call and ask them which test would be the best for the area you think you contracted Lyme in.

Babesia is rather regional.
