I just heard from someone who has
"a family member, who is also co-infected, was diagnosed with an enchondroma ("bone tumor") of the hand. She is especially concerned since it involves hand surgery plus a bone graft from the wrist bone, and is still suffering from the effects of a long-term co-infection."
Does anyone have any experience with anything like this?

Good evening Ann OH...
On my way to bed but just saw your post.
My thought would be to check out Bartonella closely due to the bone involvement.. and the tumor mention. You might even have them get in touch with Dr. S from Florida for his opinion.

Thank you,TC!
I will pass your suggestion on to the family. Could you please send me the name of the doc in FL and any contact info you have for that doc? It will be much appreciated.
Curious as to why you are going to bed before 10 p.m. Are you doing okay? Or is it just that you forgot to set your clock back and gain that extra hour that I slept away deliciously this morning?

I was just diagnosed with an enchondroma in my upper right arm. I was sent to a bone tumor specialist in New Jersey where I live and was told that an enchondroma is a benign bone tumor. He told me that it will need to be re x-rayed in 6 months and then followed for 5 years.....but no surgery or even biopsy needed at this point. I guess he can tell from the MRI that it is benign.
