Hi all - I just added CoQ10 to my daily ritual, am taking 1- 120 mg per day. Anyone have any suggestions as to what dose is best? If more than 1 cap per day - do you take them at same time, or separate the doses? Do you take them in conjunction w/ any other supp's - or take them alone? Thanks for any advice you can share w/ your experience w/ this one. (((hug)))

My LLMD said to take 100mg twice a day. The brands that are good. The ones that are best absorbed. That's what I take. 100mg twice a day.

Try www.vitacost.com for a Twin Lab CoQ10 that is reasonably priced.

Dr. B's guidelines from either '02 or '05 recommend a much higher daily amount, I think around 600 mg/day. Don't recall if he addresses it in most recent set.
It is pricey, and with vitamin E, good EFAs, it is more effective.
There is also a new type out but I've not explored that.
