Wonderful stuff. Be sure it's from a very clean source.

And - just a little bit at a time.
Much more than an ounce and I'm flushed and light-headed.

Do not take it on any empty stomach. I've been sick the rest of the day if I forget this.

Otherwise, I feel very energized when I can get a shot of it. In the juice shops they serve it with a little orange juice. There is a reason for this, I'm sure, but I usually decline.

Great unless you are gluten intolerant.

Well regarding the brand. Its best taken when its freshly squeezed and that is at a juice bar or gym or healthfood store. you can look it up on the internet.

It IS possible, when harvesting, that not all the grain has sprouted. Therefore, no wheat grass can be guaranteed not to contain gluten.

Or maybe I should say, I'm not taking any chances on it!!

Some people swear by it, for its cleansing properties. They say, start slow.

I took 3 bottles in total (if I remember well), one after the other, each of 1 liter. I liked the taste, but I didn't notice anything special, so stopped.

Some people said they reacted with even 1 drop of it! I took the whole bottle in less than 4 days and felt nothing special...Then another and another, different brands to check. All organic, of course...

If I knew it could help my immune system, I would have taken for long to see. But for the cleansing business, I didn't feel anything special.

I forgot to say I was on many other cleansers much before I tried wheatgrass juice, so that's maybe a reason (I was on chlorella, MSM, Chitosan, Dextroxin/ Zeolite etc...).
