Raw garlic, if you can stand the mediteranean aire that comes with it.

You can swallow cloves whole, and it works systemically, and you can rub it on the affected region.

Good luck with that.

You can get jock itch from athletes feet. This athletes feet or toenail fungus can be spread to other parts of the body. This can happen by washing or drying feet first, locker rooms, sharing towels, etc.. This is difficult to get rid of.

I am female and had similar problem. Frequent yeast issues. The last one resulted in jock itch. Believe me, I noticed the difference and new that my yeast was resolved and that this was something else. However, wasn't sure if it was some kind of dermatitis.

It drove me crazy.I use nizoral shampoo on my scalp once weekly. Now, I wash my private areas with it daily or every other day.(all private areas, front and back) I wash my feet with it last, daily.

Then, I use the athletes foot powder (over the counter) on my feet. Then you can get over the counter jock itch cream for fungus and put that on privates. I use monistat otc.

I have mixed some essential oils and use that on feet at night. I also put these oils on privates at night.

I Take caprylic acid one weekly, because causes me bad herx if more.

I've only been doing for a week but seems to be all cleared up, but because of the severity of it I will continue at least another week. Some things I will continue due to the frequent yeast.

With essential oils dilution is a have to. Walmart has tea tree oil and you can further dilute in virgin olive oil.

You can get nizoral shampoo at walmart. I have been using that on scalp for months and have noticed some hair thickness. I didn't have dandruff. But it is for fungus that causes dandruff. (I believe in treating whole body and started with frequent yeast issues)

I did not have athletes, but suspect toenail fungus.

Whatever you do you have to be consistant. New clean towel daily. Wash and dry from top to bottom. No sharing.

Over the counter creams and powders. Diluted essential oils.

I decided that I'd put over the counter products on in morning before work and e. oils on at night before before bed. Also, apply these, top to bottom.

I definately did not want to admit this was and issue but I think lyme makes us more susceptable to these problems.

You may not show symptoms of athletes feet or toe fungus. But this could be where the problem began.

Hope this helps.
