HI,
I recently started back on ketek. I am having difficulty sleeping again.
Wondering if it is the ketek and if so, when to take it or if it will even make a difference.
I did a search on ketek and noticed that insomnia is one of the symptoms.
Going to try and take it first thing in the am tomorrow to see if that makes a difference.
IN the meantime, wondering if others noticed this and how the solved the issue.
I do have lunesta that I can take if needed and will take after several nights of little sleep.
But, would first like to find a way to sleep without taking the sleeping meds.
Thanks in advance for your help. I just have two weeks of samples so it is not a long term problem at this time.

Hey Miss Katherine,
I was going to mention taking it in the morning as well, but I see you have already thought of that one!
Hope it all works out for you soon- we need our zzzzzzzzzzz's!
Much love, M
