Been reading on many sites in regards to water therapy assisting in our bodies fighting off diseases. Working up to 6 glasses of water each morning at one sitting, then your normal intake during the day. I am thinking flushing is the main word here. The only factor is that some sites suggest doing this with a lick of sea salt.

Isn't a lick of sea salt awfully heavy and large to carry into the house?

Ohhhh . . . that would be a "salt lick"

I've very visual and just had a fun sight-gag in my mind, hauling a sea salt lick up a flight of stairs . . . and roaming around bored, thinking . . . oh . . . I forgot . . . I have the salt lick. Ymm.

My grandma used to put out the salt licks for the cattle. I wanted one out of ice cream but that never happened.

thanks for the reminder. I have really cut back on drinking water and need to get more of it me.

Even if it is via herbal teas.

No problem getting the salt lick here. There is a feed store around the corner.

Now, do I really lick it. Nto sure I am up to that. HA!

Guess I will just chalk it up to one more crazy thing I have tried on my path to regain my health. [Smile]

perhaps I could put it in the lobby of the apartments and we could all have a lick.
