robi, I have taken mirapex on and off for years to treat RLS, and have never noticed weight changes with this drug.
Just one response, so maybe not many here have RLS.

I have been on Mirapex for about 5 years now for RLS and any weight gain I have experienced does not seem to be tied to this medication.
I believe that all of my weight gain issues are directly related to the Lyme disease and my inability to exercise.
I take Mirapex every day without fail, and I see no side effects whatsoever. All I get are the benefits of getting a full night's sleep.
