My daughter received a lot of relief from the Epsom salt, baking soda and peroxide soak----not super hot just comfy. This always helped with her aching joints and bones.

2 cups of Epsom Salts in tub full of water. When in the city I always use a chlorine filter. I have one attached to the shower & another "bath ball" that hangs below the faucet when filling the tub.
These baths keep me functional. In the beginning they were hard but did give some relief. Now the baths are energizing and I take one before work. I always drink filtered water before & after.

The advice people have given is all very good.
Sometimes, I think just being in hot water makes you feel better, too.
You don't even need the epsom & all that.
Also- I think the reason why people use epsom is that they absorb the magnesium through their skin.
It might be a good idea to supplement with extra magnesium.
I use a product called Ionic Fizz (I don't sell it or anything) but there are probably other good ones out there.

I think I need a hot bath tonight. Studying for finals is destroying my neck and shoulders.
Hats - I never thought of a chlorine filter. Thanks for that hint. Who wants to sit in a tub full of chlorine?

My fav is a combo of epsom salts & seasalt - till a good sweat is going on. Then scrubbing down w/ cotton squares & rubbing alcahol - can't believe what comes off of a squeeky clean body.
I have not tried the baking soda - I read somewhere (Rosner's Rife book, maybe?) NOT to add baking soda (or peroxide?)if you have metals. For this reason I have stayed away from them. Anybody else remember info on that?

I just thought of this today...
You may not want to take abx while taking a bath with epsom salt. Some of the minerals may interfere with the potency of the abx.
You may want to wait an hour or 2 before or after taking abx to bathe in epsom salt.
Just a thought...

I like to do a bath of 2 cups epsom salts or sea salts along with 2 bottles of hydrogen peroxide. Ahhhhhhhh.

Tick Tock a good foot bath is to add one tablespoon of mustard powder and one teaspoon of cayenne pepper to warm water in a basin and soak your feet for at least twenty minutes. I use a large tupperware container that is long enough for my big feet!
Before doing the foot bath or any detox bath, it is good to use a natural fiber skin brush and brush the skin in a circular motion toward the heart.
