Anybody take this? I bought some 250mg - haven't started them yet. Did some research - but didn't find much. Seems I read about an LLMD that highly reguards it for Lymies, but didn't save the article. To rid amonia from die off, I think? Anybody have any info, advice on this one? It's a metal? I'm confused...Does it add to our metal tox?
What does it help with? Good results w/ it? What dosage? Many Thanks & Happy Holiday's all!

molybdenum mops up amaldehyde which is a neurotoxin. I take it when I drink wine because amaldehyde is one of the byproducts of alcohol. I try not to drink very often, but when I do I drink organic wine with no sulfites added and I take molybdenum. Molybdenum is good for binding to toxins, it is a micro mineral.

My level was low on an essential elements test. I've been taking it for several months now. My LLMD wanted me on it. I'm not sure of the dosage though, it's a liquid and I'm taking 5 drops twice a day. I can check later how much each drop equates too.

M,

I have been trying to find good brands of organic wine.

Can you recommend any or companies that sell it withouth sulfites?
