Yes. The info is mostly from companies selling the product.
Sounds good in theory but I was wondering if they actually helped people with Lyme.
I found this from one company selling a zeolite product -
Research has not been done in this area directly. It would be recommended that a person take the antibiotic therapy prescribed by their doctor for this bacteria. Zeolite would help to "clean up the environment" so that the bacteria doesn't have an environment that it enjoys setting-up housekeeping in. Zeolite has been shown to be effective in aiding with the neurological damage, which can be caused by Lyme's, and is much of the time left for the body to deal with, even after antibiotic therapy.

I looked into this area early on, when a friend of mine got her mother (not a Lyme patient) onto these and was promoting zeolites.
What I found out is that these are diatomaceous earth, which is used in livestock feed at about $1 a pound (or less). When it is put into capsules, the fee per gram is huge.
Diatomaceous earth is used in organic gardening to fend off snails and slugs, because the very small sharp edges of the diatoms cut their bodies and they dehydrate and die. However, this property is compromised if the powder gets wet.
Whether this is effective for Lyme or not, I have no idea.
However, if I were going to use it, I'd buy my stuff at a feed store or from an animal feed supplier online and encapulate it myself for 1,000th of the cost.

There was a long thread about this awhile back. The product Destroxin was recommended. I tried it and blew my knee up seriously. My doctor was not too happy with me for trying it without telling him.
Bottom line, if you are not removing toxins from your body properly, then mobilizing the toxins will just move the problem around.
A leaky gut will prevent you from removing toxins properly. That was my problem. Turns out I had a very heavy infestation of H. Pylori which had damaged my gut.

I used it and found very helpful. I used both Destroxin and pure Zeolites.
The problem is that detoxification of metals need a certain order to do it right, or you'll get worsening of symptoms. I used it only very late in my heavy metal detox 'program'.
The reaction was very strong (even after about a year on metal detox before using it), specially in my brain, and it worked for a while. Now I use it sometimes, here and then, but in very low amounts and frequency.
But it is strong stuff, in my experience. And if your system is already full of toxins, mobilizing more could mean overload.
I would start first with things like chlorella to clean blood and organs first, and after few months on it, look for further detoxifiers. Adding trace minerals can also help detoxification in an astonishing way. I would do that before trying stronger detoxifiers. Adding enzymes too.
So, yes, it was helpful in my case. But it was a late stage detoxifier.

i'm not recommending this, but i use it and unlike selma i'm early into my treatment/detoxification protocol. i haven't noticed any adverse effects. it seems to help lessen herx reactions; it also helps alleviate my nausea (probably because it drains/cleans out the liver).

I read that some doctor posted that he found Nanotek Chitosan to be better than zeolites for detox esp. in regards to lowering of pain (which is a big symptom for me).
I'm going to try that & see how it goes.
Can anyone who takes the zeolites recommend some brands that are good (& links) so if any of us would like to try them the brands will be available?
I've seen that they are used in agriculture. Are the ones for pharmaceutical use different?
Sometimes they have other stuff included like humic acid, etc.
I know this is from the earth & soil but if it helps... why not?
Has anyone found them to be harmful besides luvs2ride?
