Been off everything for two weeks now. Started Samento heavy the last two days and lo and behold, today I am herxing. Lots of water seemed to have induced it. As the old man used to say on a TV show called Laugh In (very interesting)

Yep, I ramped up drop by drop on the Samento ... finally when I had been taking it for 17 days, I jumped on day 18 from 17 drops to 20 drops, which caused a herx. I felt a little bad the whole time I was ramping up.

i'm ramping up super slowly.. a drop every three or four days or so. so far, it hasn't been too bad.
