My tests were Neg yet my LLMD states I have Neuroborreliosis.
My IGG Result is

Can someone explain testing clearly.

What other tests were done? Where was the IgG done?

Clearly your diagnosis is not based on the test result that you list here. That said, it is entirely possible to be seronegative and still have lyme disease.

Lyme is a clinical diagnosis. Based on tests AND symptoms etc.. What reasoning did your LLMD give you for the diagnosis?

Were any co-infection tests done? If so, were any of them positive?
