Wow, that was fast. Just a week ago you were still looking for a doctor. Sounds like you found one that is ready to take the lead.
Were you able to contact the sources from your similar question a month ago - like the patient asst. groups or other links?
I wonder if any of those were able to direct you to organizations.
You also might ask a patient liason at your new doctor's office about their experiences with such.
You might contact the leader of your local support group. While no individual on this board, or in any support group can personally donate, they might offer good suggestions.

Edited to add: And, as you said the orals aren't working for you any longer, you might ask your doctor's office if they could suggest a supplement that would at least keep you somewhat steady until the next phase of treatment.
I'm wondering about allicin or olive leaf extract, both of which are much more affordable than Rx. At the very least, if one had no funds and a reasonably good stomach, a clove of raw garlic - with food - might offer some help. It can be chopped and mixed into food. Chewing it may burn a bit, so beware. Taking a little olive oil, or other healthy oil before/after can help reduce the sting. Water will not.
Again, though, ask someone from your new doctor's office about this if you have any question about it - and no more than 2 small cloves a day (a clove is the small piece . . . the bulb is the group together).
Onions, lots of greens and low sugar fruits like apples and berries (frozen now) might help keep you strong. Try to get the best rest you can.
Good luck. If the "lights aren't seeming to glow" right now, know that they can again.
