Are charlie horse's in the calf common with Lyme??
I feel like I'm in a herx (first real one out of the blue) - muscle twitching, right eye twitch (grrrr), but then the killer charlie horse in my right calf (always the right)...always around 7am. Excruciating, now very very sore.
I never quite associated the charlie horse problem I had this summer with Lyme, but now I feel like it's all making sense??
Perhaps that's why I had them many times this summer before being diagnosed with Lyme?
Just wondering if it's a common Lyme thing or if I need to look at vitamins, etc, more.
Thanks,

Take more magnesium.
Drink lots of water.
It is a Lyme thing as it depletes your magnesium.
Hope you get to feeling better soon.
