My PCP would like me to try Aquathereapy. I guess it is PT in 96 degree whater. It sounds great and I am excited.

I have wanted to join a healthclub to use the hot tub but it would have been too expensive.

I called the PT place and they said my insurance will cover 3 sessions a week.

I am so grateful. My PCP said this would be a great way to stretch out and maybe get some exercise. He said it may help pain.

Getting into a bathing suit, now that is scary
[Eek!]

Anyone done this before

Thanks so much. Nothing usually goes right for me so this is exciting.

Most of the time I dont step outside for days and days. This will give me a good reason to get out.
Hopefully I can start next week.

Same here. I think that's why my vitamin D is so low -- I'm getting NO sun at all! LOL. [Roll Eyes]

When I was really sick and doing physical therapy I started in the warm water up to my shoulders. It was wonderful!

I also had a great PT that would do trigger point massage after and release all my tight parts.

Enjoy! It was really great and helped me get back to regular exercise.
