Anyone with any info or experience with taking any types of enzymes? I am just starting to look down this path and thought I would ask...Thanks! Laura

I take Optimal Digestive System enzymes, Now brand. For a while i thought they worked perfectly,; now they seem to work not as perfectly, i.e., some things maybe aren't getting digested.
I prefer this formula because it doesn't contain animal products like ox bile. Also i prefer it because it doesn't contain bromelain, which, according to what i read, may lower white blood cell counts.
I also take Nattokinase, Now brand; that's an enzyme;, i really depend on it; it's fibrinolytic; to prevent blood clots, and to remove fibrin coating from lyme bacteria.
