Yes, I've used it and found to be "nice." I have not stuck to it.
It is so very expensive.

I know someone who says it has saved her life, literally. She is a preschool teacher with FM (?) and says she could not work without it.

I think, for myself, that ashwagandha, siberian ginseng or many of the medical mushrooms for adrenal support also help in the same manner, even a bit better and at a better price.

I have tried to find which foods it's in, but that's a big search.

Edited to add: Now I remember why the bottle was at the back of the shelf - I took a dose just after first reading this. For me, upon several ties over several months, this increases tinnitus.

Edited to add a little later - oh, but I think I am clearer in eyes and brain . . . a little more energy. This is nice. I had thought the entire day would be horizontal.

I bought a bottle of Jarrow Ribose and use it occasionally before working out in the gym.

It seems to give me a very mild increase in energy for exercise; I am not a great athlete! The doses that I used were less than those discussed in the article.
