Trish..my husband's DR. did put him on detox and herbal...Cumanda, Burgur, Pinella and Salmento which is in the Cats Claw family i think...even after i yr of meds i know it takes some people even yrs to start to get any sign that someting is workng or not...lyme is very hard to treat we all know that...hang in there...what works for one may not work for others..Madge

I take a friend of mine and we go to sauna. 3-4 hours of sauna+message every saturday helps me a lot. but I do keep to the diet too. I tried herbal detox and it works too. Though it's quite different from many protocols.

good diet (no sugar/low carbs/no alcohol/no yeast) epsom salt/baking soda HOT baths cholestyramine/(Questran/Welchol) lots of water with lemon IDEALLY, exercising and sweating detox foot pads (can't hurt might help)
