I get mine at Walgreens. No problems so far.

i was told this a few months ago too...but they did get it in.
On the yahoo thyroid board a few said that this isnt true, but that often the drug store doesnt order enough and runs out.
I would try another pharmacy or maybe another location of the same chain.

I used to get it from Walgreen's. I hope you can find it somewhere else. Most places will offer to order it from another pharmacy if they're out.

yes. i do take 15's. i need 45 a day and my numbers get wierd if i take 60.
i know AT is different than other thyroid drugs like synthroid. i'm afraid i will explain it wrong-but someone else on here probably can say it right.
i know many lymies do better with AT. but it seems some ARE on synthroid-so i guess it depends on how you test or something.
yes -it is a prescription.
i hate to change pharmacy cuz it is cheaper at my mail order one connected to my insurance

I've not had trouble getting it, BUT I do get a lot of "partial orders" since they don't have enough in stock and have to keep reordering it.
Not sure if this is because they keep running out because many more people are on it than they account for or if it's not used much so they don't have a lot there.
But yes, I too have had problems getting my full amount for a month off and on.
