Have any of you used the colon cleanse products and if you did, how was it, did it make you feel better, and how harsh was it on the eliminating process.

Been thinking about doing it, but dont want to be in the bathroom for a week or two.

I've been reading up about it. Some of the products I found online were available on Amazon, so I went there and read the reviews. There were mixed reviews and some were scary. Some of the good reviews seemed like they could have been written by the manufacturers. I am tempted, it makes alot of sense. But, I don't know, I would like to see if any "real" people, like the ones on this site have tried it, and what they experienced, before I try it.

Do a search HERE on Dr Natura's program and on Humaworm. Both have been discussed at length.

I found Dr Natura's program to be very easy to tolerate and was able to do normal activities while on the program.
