Hi If you are on IV Rocephin and zithromax...plus the mepron..you should not be eating high fats or sugar. So what do you take with the mepron since you need to take it with high fats? I do not want to blow my gall bladder out but I want the medicine to work. ?

Monica, with IV Rocephin the precipitate formation has been linked to dehydration, so just make sure you drinK LOTS of water!!! Normal gallstones may be related to high fat, but the Rocephin precipitate is from the drug, not from fat. As far as I have ever heard fat is not contraindicated with Rocephin!
SO enjoy your Mepron! I did*)!)*! High fat(*_)! Yum. Best wishes, Sarah
