The past 3 weeks have been trying for me. Really bad headaches, joint pain, foot pain, rashes, dizzyness etc.

Prior to this past month I did not get rashes. I got the occasional splotch after taking a shower, but I did not get bumpy little areas on my skin that itched. What is this a symptom of?

I have not read anything about rashes? Am I getting an allergic reaction to something?

Thanks in advance...

H8lyme,
I'm curious about the splotchy marks after your shower. Do you think they are from soap or too hot of water? Do any of the splotches form small rings?

As far as your little bumps that itch. I get those annually. They look like pimples but are not and seem to appear in groups. Mostly on my elbows and wrists. Past doctors (before I thought I had Lyme) have told me they were allergy to sun.

Near to the time of getting these I also get annual rings near my neck that look like ring worm. They last about three to four weeks no matter what I put on them and then go away until next year.

I told my Lyme doctor about them but wasn't given much explanation. I think they are all subsequent Lyme rashes. Looking at pictures on line tell me that.

I have had a doctor tell me that Doxy makes one itch. Ocassionally I have itchy places that seem to be from the doxy but they don't have much appearance of rash.

Hope I've helped you some,
electrafoggy

thanks for the advice jenin.

electrafrogy,

I'm not sure what the splotches are from. I just know that if I take a really hot shower I am more apt to get them vs when I take a warm shower.

I haven't really had any skin issues with Lyme or Babs since I've gotten them (till this month). I took a picture of one of the many rashes that I got to give to my doc. Hope he can make something of it.

Thanks for the info.
