I've eaten this in the past with some mixed results... at times it seemed like it may have definitely made my yeast worse. Experiences with it?

It's a good bread. If you are sensitive to eating yeast, you can't have it, but it shouldn't be too bad for yeast otherwise. It's low glycemic, so it doesn't feed them like other breads.
On the other hand, it does have gluten, so it's not for those who are gluten-free.

I WISH I could eat because I LOVE it toasted.... but, there's no doubt that it contributes to the burning eyes, itching in certain areas and also causes some fatigue. When I avoid carbs ENTIRELY (other than unsweetened probiotic yogurt) I feel MUCH, MUCH better overall. That's all the answer I need when it comes to the question of whether or not I have major yeast problems.
