I am not an expert and never even been on rocephin.
However, unless you have at least three experts who say this is okay, I would not do it.
1. it could like change the medicine completely and the thawed version could be different. Possible, anyway.
2. plastic - plastic. we've been told not to cook (microwave) plastics and now I hear there is a concern about freezing foods or water in plastic. It may be certain plastic bottles or containers - I don't have details - but aside from some of the petro chemicals leeching out, breakage or stretching of the plastic during freezing could let in stuff. Contamination could happen.
Again, just my thoughts.
Hope you find your answer. I'd start with the manufacturers themselves.
