Good Saturday to all! After reading the answers to my last post and researching more this early afternoon I came up with this.. and please correct me if I am wrong. I am trying to use oral medication and Zithromax in these following examples..Please if anyone has any other medication combo without Zithro that is fine. I just got off eight weeks of IV rocephin and primaxin and still having extreme red face, migraines, BAD NAUSEA, and lyme fog/no short term memory. I really need some help on this and I thank you all for taking your time out for me. The best antibiotic regime for Bartonella: Zithro/Rifampin..? The best antibiotic regime for Babesia: Zithro/Mepron The best antibiotic regime for borrelia: Zithro/Bicillin. I now believe that my tick bite in 2006 gave me RMSF, b. burgdorferi, and now perhaps bartonella with the last posts I received. Anyone have any other suggestions of drug combos please post away! Thanks again. [Smile]

Hey there j3....

Have you been tested for Parvo B-19? Just a thought.

As for your questions?? Please excuse my dense-ness (is that a word?) ... but...

Not sure I understand what you want to know?

You said..

The best antibiotic regime for Bartonella: Zithro/Rifampin..?

The best antibiotic regime for Babesia: Zithro/Mepron

The best antibiotic regime for borrelia: Zithro/Bicillin.

```````````````````````````````
Are you asking something or telling us something like maybe you were on these?
Do you want to know if those combo's are good?
Or what you might have according to your symptoms?
Or what combo's of meds others have taken?
So sorry.. not enough history and/or clarity to decipher your needs to be able to help.
Can you try asking your question using a full sentence? That might lead someone in the direction to be able to help... cause we really want to!
Thanks!
[Big Grin]
I made really good progress on Levaquin, Malarone, Lariam, artemisia, minocycline, Plaquenil. That is one of many combinations I have been on the past year.
There are many good combos for bart/babs/borrelia ....
Another combo I know my LLMD uses is Plaquenil, Mepron, Macrolide, Septra .... switch Mepron to Malarone once sweats have diminished.
Answers for TinCup
Have you been tested for Parvo B-19? Just a thought. --- Yes, I actually came back positive for this and my doctors, infectious disease docs and llmd didn't mention anything other than just maybe exposure to this at one time! Is there something I should look more into this? This came back positive with b. burgdorferi and Epstein-Barr of over 2400. A normal EBV positive would be 120.
As for your questions?? Please excuse my dense-ness (is that a word?) ... but..----- I divided the questions up in other posts and didn't preview post so sorry! Bad, bad migraine today and trying to work and research through it.
Not sure I understand what you want to know? ---- What I want to know is with each different strain is the below the best drug combo with Zithromax. If anyone has better combinations without Zithromax that has worked please post. I hope this clarifies that.
Thank you for your fast reply and I look forward to more!
Sixgoofykids-do you take all the antibiotics you listed at once? I am on Zithro/Rifamprin and worry I am not getting enough antibiotics with my continued illness. Thanks!
Yes, I did take those all at once.
It takes time to get better. [Smile]
