This was posted at Curezone..... funny, but I've always had to hold my nose when drinking something like Alka-seltzer and I guess it works for taking MMS, too...

Someone else on this list had mentioned this theoretical solution in passing and I decided to try it: I COMPLETELY blocked my nose (they had recommended swimmer's nose plugs) from the time I begin mixing the stuff, drinking it, to just after I finish brushing my teeth. --In other words, there is no opportunity in there to actually smell it at all. With blocked olfactory senses, there is ZERO taste. In fact, I only dilute the drops now with water and don't taste a damn thing. It's wonderful.
HIGHLY recommended.
Without this technique I don't think I could be continuing with taking the MMS. With this technique it is really no biggie!
Just thought I would pass this on to those who might be taking MMS or considering it....

I put MMS in "000" gelatin capsules and wash it down with about 6-8 oz. water. (drops mixed with citric acid). They are large capsules; takes about 5 caps to take the 15 drop plus citric acid mix. I learned about this on curezone.

I put a small amount of pomagranite juice,( a few tab). and then top it off with a forth glass of water, I then suck it down very fast with a straw near the back of my throuht.And when I wait the 3 minutes for it to activate I cover it with a pot holder or somthing. Works great for me.

I had not read about either of these 'tricks' - thanks for posting them.
Good to know that this can be done with capsules - I wasn't sure that would work or that the capsules would hold up to the liquied in them. I imagine you have to be pretty quick about taking them once they are filled.
The straw is another great idea! Things are SO much easier to get down using a straw. I would never have thought of that, either...

They do get "soft" pretty quickly. I have a syringe and have taken both ways...filled up 4 or five at a time and take and I have also just filled up 1 at a time. Not bad and it is a very good way to get lots of water down!
