i take 2x25 drops day. i taking it about one year.

I take 2 drops every morning. I've been on Samento for four years, and the highest I've ever been able to get is 9 drops per day, which made me herx so bad I could not take care of my responsibilities.

Anything over 2 drops per day will make me herx, including Lyme rages that my DH refuses to tolerate. Any dose at all taken later than 2 Pm will keep me up all night.

I started on the capsules, but they had no effect, even at large doses. The liquid is 60 times stronger and a lot cheaper.
