I just realized something. I had a pretty intense treatment about 5 days before my eye pain started up again. Im wondering if you can get eye pain as a herx?? God I hate this.

All I can say is I had severe eye pain as one of my biggest herx symptoms. Si I would have to say Yes! After treatment I have had fewer days of eye pain. I still have some eye pain when I am tired or under stress. I hope this helps at least to let you know you are not alone. I hope you feel better soon

Eye pain is a symptom I have had with almost every single herx. It's a bummer.

Also, It is always a part of the horrible head and neck pain. So, it's probably a symptom of "pseudotumor cerebri", which Lyme can cause. In short, it's big increase in pressure in the spinal fluid, probably due to inflammation.
