I saw a post earlier there is a new book by Dr. K for this combo for bartonella. Can anyone please give me the title? Does anyone know the dosage either of doxycycline? I imagine the rifamprin would be 600 mg a day... maybe 300 (100 x3) a day of doxycycline? I am currently on rifamprin and the generic form of zithromax for bartonella, but cannot afford the price of zithro anymore since my insurance ended. Thank you all for reading and answering.
