So I started on mms. Well, not actually ingesting any. I am actually gargling with it (2 drop). I don't feel nausea but I have gotten a slight sore throat and a moderate amount of increase in symptoms after several hours.

My question to those of you who ramped up is this: I get that mms can cause nausea or even vomiting if you ramp up too quick but do you all get an increase in other symptoms ie. herx and is the nausea transient or does it stick around for a while?

The reason I ask is that with some other treatments I have done, the die off is so severe and my detox pathways so congested, I end up flat on my back for days or even weeks.

thanks,

Diana

I found that the citric acid seemed to make my throat burn a bit. I started adding some prune juice after activating and it seemed to be ok. I am guessing that the amount that you get into the bloodstream from leaving it in the mouth is as much as if you did the 1-2 drops swallowed. The mouth is an effective way to absorb things, in some cases more than swallowing them.

Be well,

It can sneak up on you without any warning. If the Lyme is active it seems to kills a huge amount at once.

My wife who is fully functional, but still infected, got blindsided by a big reaction out of the blue. She has used it for several weeks with a moderate reaction sometimes hardly any. It was during the last full moon. I really do not put much stock in the moon thing, but that is when it occurred and maybe it was a coincidence but that is when it happened.

I assume the Lyme was active suddenly after a couple of days with no MMS.

A very sick person would have been in sorry shape if this would have happened to them.

I would urge anyone who is quite sick with Lyme to go extra slow. Do not be afraid to quit it for several days if needed. It is more important to clear your body first.

The prune juice really helps a lot with the taste.

I do not think it kills cyst form. As much as I hoped it would, I see no indication that it does.
On the other hand, it appears very effective on active forms.
