has anyone ever had gastro problems due to a coinfection that was never treated(bart)? If so what kind of problems did you incur? I have IBS symptoms that I never had before. Gassy, diahrea, crampy are my symptoms, along with the achy muscles and joints, foggy brain and headaches.

Yes. I had severe GI symptoms. I had diarrhea and severe stomach cramps.
I treated bart and parasites about the same time. One/both of the treatments got rid of my GI issues.

If you get dehydrated from the IBS situation, it could give you muscle aches and make you brain fogged. Be sure to be including potassium in your diet and load up on no-sugar electrolytes. Pedialyte works in a bind, but there are electrolyte packets you can get that you add to your water.
A good probiotic is a must.
Bart and yeast are definitely 2 culprits that could cause those symptoms.

I would try to see if you have leaky gut. Try a rotation diet and see if you are allergic to any certain foods. I am allergic to wheat, corn, dairy and sugar. Whoa....Ouch!! When I stay on a strict diet I feel sooo much better, no joint pain, headaches, bloating, constipation, heartburn. The minute I veer off the diet I am slammed with symptoms again. I am really bad with dairy, it will mess me up for three days. Good Luck!!!
