unreal this disease is confused for MS, ALS Chroinc fatiuge,etc.

best to take acidophlius 5 billonCFU
while on antibiotics
also constipation-
flax seed oil or pills
flora source probiotic vitamins
theralac probiotic,
oatmeal everyday

apple cider vinger in water
for flem in lungs.

STERIODS A NO NO!!!!!!!!

no wheat,sugar.
go holistic,get a parisite cleanse,colon cleanse. watch your Iron levels they can dip if they do you may get muscle aches,heavyness in legs,
TIRED TIRED TIRED
watch b12 levels
take B-complex
& above all stay positive,it helps
try to get a massage mat with heat.to keep muscles moving & blood flow to areas.
muscles tend to look smaller if not working them.
MSM ( vitamin) for joint care helps.

make sure Iggenex lab in CA or MDL lab
do your blood tests.Quest missed my lymes for years.
I have found things like this to help my many symptons of lyme.

Rocephin IV is great but harsh on gallbladder
theirs med you can take with this treatment.
Mino/plaquinal/mepron/zithormax helps.depending on which lyme you have.

WATCH LIVER COUNTS- get blood tested.regularly
