Fill up the tub with warm water, put in two cups of epsom salts, one cup of baking soda .... fix yourself a sparkling water in a wine glass with a LOT of lime .... turn on some music .... light some candles .... and relax.

Afterward take a nap.

Dear sixgoofykids,
Thank you so much for great info.
The trouble is,everytime I take a epsom salt bath I feel weak, nauseousand very shaky for over an hour.
I do take a bath everyday because I think it helps with the Herxing.
Thanks,
Atheana

Yeah, sometimes I'd feel bad afterward, not usually anymore though. Maybe shortening the bath would help?

Atheana,

Sounds like you should stay away from MSG. Your body probably has some problems detoxing, so are having a major reaction to the MSG.

If you get this kind of pain often, you should get pain medication so you can treat it.

I wish I could give you some advice to help you right now. But a hot bath is the best I can come up with.
