Are you sure? Nematodes are worms (earthworms are namatodes). There are many types of nematodes and some are human parasties.
I was told and read from quite a few sources (including my Lyme Literate Neuro Opthamologist) they are simply "floaters" and are caused by neurotoxins that are released by Lyme. There are other ways, of course, to get neurotoxins, too.

somebody over at curezone said their eye floaters "shriveled up" and went away after a couple of weeks of humaworm.
